What an outstanding job you did with our basement remodel!  Thank you for all of the time you spent with us up front going through design options and getting us set up for the perfect plans needed to make our vision come alive!

We appreciate all the time you spent meeting our needs and talking us through each step of the project.  Everyone who entered our home or interacted with us was professional, courteous and reliable.  Matt and Todd were always willing to answer any of our questions, and we had lots of questions.  This included calls that were will past normal business hours and visits on the weekend to be sure we stayed on schedule.  We always felt like we were your "only customer" and received first class treatment.  From beginning to end it was a great experience, and in ways hard to see end.  We will definitely be referring you to anyone we know doing a home remodeling project.

Thank you for a job well done that has added tremendous value to our home and family.  When we are ready for our next project, we will be giving you a call!

Just a quick “wrap up” note on the garage project. Matt was invaluable as a ready contact point for any concerns or needs and was always very prompt in reply. This was not taken for granted and is really appreciated. Reflecting back on things, putting aside all the sarcasm and joking, Joanie and I do feel that the overall results and experience of working with you, John, Todd, Brian, Travis, etc. has been a very good one. The project turned out as we had envisioned it and throughout the project everyone did their best to make us comfortable and feel like a valued customer. A large project like this, being done while we are still living in our home, made for an extra stressful time. Nonetheless, the entire time your team seemed aware of this and tried their best to understand our predicament, making it as painless as possible. This we genuinely appreciated.

Now and again during the course of the project, yet more so these last few weeks when the end was near, people have asked us who was our contractor, how did they perform, what would we suggested or recommend? Be assured that every time we gave Frozé Design Build a gold medal for effort, execution, quality, cooperation and understanding. You are a business, sure, yet you also seemed to exhibit that rare quality of it is not always about the business and the bottom line, sometimes you just have to put yourselves in the customers shoes for their perspective - you did, and we appreciated this unusual quality.

Dick, as you undoubtedly now know, this wasn't our first home improvement project and it won't be our last. Consequently, on any future project we will first come to you and the Frozé Design-Build Team. Many heartfelt thanks!
